AI Training Workshops

Your Teams,
Using
AI well,
Every day.

Hands-on workshops that give everyone the same safe starting point, then train the team on your tools, and show them how to navigate other tools safely. For teams of 5 to 60, online or onsite.

Dates start November 2026 to August 2027

What happens when nobody shows team members how?

Most organisation now have some type of AI tools, OR staff who use their own.
What they rarely have is a shared understanding of how they can use these tools well.
The gap shows up in 4 ways.

What your team walks away with

A shared baseline.

Get everybody on the same page. Everyone understands what AI does well, where it fails or can’t do yet and what it should never go into it.

Real tasks,
done faster.

Each team member works on tasks from their own jobs, with a person checking and owning every result.

A prompt
task library.

Ready-to-use prompts, templates, and skills designed around your roles, not just generic online training examples.

Clear rules on data.

Practical guidance on personal, confidential and customer information, matched to your policies.

A plan for how your team works.

The system and task design workshop turns individual skill into an agreed way of working.

Foundations first,
then the tools.

Every programme starts with our Generative AI introduction, so the whole group shares the same understanding. Then smaller group goes deeper on the tool your organisation actually uses.

Understand it.

What generative AI is, how it works, and where its limits are.

Test it.

Hands-on exercises on tasks from your own work.

Change it.

Agree how your team will use it every day, with people responsible for every result.

The rules are already on your desk.

Privacy.

From 10 December 2026, organisations covered by the Privacy Act must explain their privacy policies when computer programs, including AI tools, use personal information to make decisions, or do thing closely tied to making decisions, that could significantly affect people.

Funding and integrity.

In April 2026 the ARC and NHMRC updated their policies on generative AI in grant applications and assessment. Applicants stay responsible for accuracy and integrity, and anything entered into an AI tool should be treated as potentially public.

Your own policies.

Most organisations now have an AI or acceptable use policy.
Few staff have been shown what it means for their daily tasks.

*Our workshops explain these in plain English and build safe habits. They are not legal advice and don’t make your organisation compliant on their own. .
