AI Training Workshops
Your staff are already using AI.
Do they know what must never go into it?
Practical workshops for office, quality and compliance, care management and home care coordination teams
What's missing in most
aged care providers
Documentation has grown, and staff are looking for help wherever they can find it
Health information in public tools.
A single pasted care note can expose a resident's health information.
Policy updates that never end.
Quality and compliance teams rewrite policies and procedures under constant pressure.
Family letters that vary by writer,
in tone, accuracy and detail.
Training that stops at "don't use it",
so staff use it anyway, without guidance.
What team walks away with
Clear, practical rules
on health and personal information, so staff know exactly what never goes into AI
Faster policy and procedure updates,
drafted and then reviewed by your quality team.
Plain-English summaries
of guidance and standards for frontline staff.
Consistent family and client communication,
checked before it is sent
Tasks we work on in the workshop
We use de-identified examples from your own office and quality work.
Updating policies and procedures
Family newsletters, letters and responses, reviewed before sending
Meeting minutes and action lists
Plain-English summaries of guidance for staff
Training and induction materials
First drafts of complaint responses, reviewed by the responsible manager
The rules your team needs to know.
Aged care holds some of the most sensitive information in any sector
Health information.
It is sensitive information under the Privacy Act and needs the strictest handling. Care notes and identifiable details stay out of AI tools unless your organisation has approved the tool and the use.
Aged care obligations.
Your responsibilities under the new Aged Care Act and the strengthened Quality Standards still apply to AI-assisted work.
Care decisions stay human.
AI may help with documents and communication. Clinical and care decisions remain with qualified staff.
*Our workshops explain these in plain English and build safe habits. They are not legal advice and don’t make your organisation compliant on their own. .Foundations + Track

Common Questions
We've already done the free government AI course. Is this still useful?
Yes. The free course explains what AI is. Our workshops show your team how to use it in their own work, with the tools your organisation provides, under your rules.
The free course makes good preparation for our Introduction.
Do our staff need licences for the tool workshops?
For the Copilot and the Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini workshops, yes. We check what your organisation has before your date is confirmed.
The Introduction needs no licence.
Can we mix departments?
Yes. The Introduction works well with mixed groups. Tool workshops work best with people who do similar work or work in the same departments.
Online or onsite?
Either. Online on Microsoft Teams anywhere in Australia, or onsite at your office.
Can our numbers change after we book?
Yes, up to 5 business days before the workshop. The price adjusts, but not below the group minimum.
What if we need to move the date?
You can move it once at no cost, with at least 10 business days' notice, to a date within 90 days.
For On-site outside of Melbourne: we can discuss adjustments that affect travel and accommodations.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
No, but it comes off your final invoice in full, and you can move your date once.
What happens to our information?
We only use what we need to run your workshop. See our privacy policy.
