AI Training Workshops
RFIs, variations, site diaries: is AI helping your team or creating new risks?
Practical workshops for project managers, contract administrators, estimators, site administration and office teams.
What's missing in most
construction teams
Paperwork grows with every project, and some staff have already turned to AI for help
Drawings and tender documents in public tools.
Client and project documents are uploaded without anyone checking the contract terms.
Correspondence sent unchecked.
An AI-drafted notice that misses a contractual requirement can cost far more than the time it saved.
Inconsistent records.
Site diaries and minutes vary by person, which matters when a dispute comes later.
Office and site on different pages,
with no shared way of using the tools.
What team walks away with
Faster RFIs, transmittals and meeting minutes,
reviewed by the person responsible
Tender documents summarised
into checklists your estimators can work from.
Cleaner site diaries and records
from rough notes.
Variation and notice drafts
prepared for project manager review against the contract
Tasks we work on in the workshop
We use your own templates and de-identified project documents
Tender document summaries and compliance checklists
RFI and transmittal drafts
Meeting minutes and action lists from site meetings
Turning rough notes into site diary entries
Variation and extension of time notice drafts, checked against contract timeframes
Subcontractor prequalification checklists
The rules your team needs to know.
Construction documents carry contractual, safety and commercial weight
Contract notices.
Notice requirements and time bars are set by each contract. AI drafts support the project manager's judgement; they never replace it.
Safety documents.
SWMS and other safety documents must reflect real site conditions and be reviewed by a competent person.
Client and commercial information.
Drawings, pricing and tender documents are often confidential under the contract.
*Our workshops explain these in plain English and build safe habits. They are not legal advice and don’t make your organisation compliant on their own. .Foundations + Track

Common Questions
We've already done the free government AI course. Is this still useful?
Yes. The free course explains what AI is. Our workshops show your team how to use it in their own work, with the tools your organisation provides, under your rules.
The free course makes good preparation for our Introduction.
Do our staff need licences for the tool workshops?
For the Copilot and the Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini workshops, yes. We check what your organisation has before your date is confirmed.
The Introduction needs no licence.
Can we mix departments?
Yes. The Introduction works well with mixed groups. Tool workshops work best with people who do similar work or work in the same departments.
Online or onsite?
Either. Online on Microsoft Teams anywhere in Australia, or onsite at your office.
Can our numbers change after we book?
Yes, up to 5 business days before the workshop. The price adjusts, but not below the group minimum.
What if we need to move the date?
You can move it once at no cost, with at least 10 business days' notice, to a date within 90 days.
For On-site outside of Melbourne: we can discuss adjustments that affect travel and accommodations.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
No, but it comes off your final invoice in full, and you can move your date once.
What happens to our information?
We only use what we need to run your workshop. See our privacy policy.
