All training and tools comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and sector-specific academic integrity policies. We use anonymised or dummy data for demos and provide templates and prompts that model best practice for citation, authorship, and disclosure. Where relevant, we help teams implement audit trails and transparent outputs.
Our default approach is privacy-first, with no persistent external data storage and all automation performed inside your institutional environment.

We design all training and automation to run inside your existing environment using native tools. That means leveraging Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot (for Office 365 and Azure), or Gmail, Docs, Drive, and Gemini (for GCP).
We use no third-party integrations, and there’s no need to manage tokens, API layers, or new security exceptions. This reduces support complexity and keeps IT in control of data, identity, and change management.

In almost all cases, no. We work entirely within your current platforms and permissions. Where advanced use cases require access to Copilot, Gemini, or other AI layers, we advise early. But we deliberately avoid introducing any new systems, servers, or API billing risks — our approach is designed to avoid integration debt or licensing creep.

We only use tools that are already governed within your identity and access management structure. All data used in examples or workflows stays in-region and within your systems.
If needed, we can support MFA, access control, and audit requirements. Nothing is stored or processed externally unless explicitly agreed in writing.

None by default. We run all training using simulated data inside your tools, and any automation remains within your internal cloud platforms. If a specific task needs external processing (e.g. ChatGPT API), this is optional, transparent, and governed via your own tenancy.

All content is reviewed monthly and updated quarterly in line with product releases from Microsoft, Google, and OpenAI. We also incorporate sector-specific trends (e.g. TEQSA, integrity guidelines, AI steering updates) into our use cases. Clients get ongoing access to updated workflows.

We’re currently piloting agentic AI (autonomous workflows) for reporting, compliance, and student communications. These are being tested in production environments and will be offered to partner institutions through our advanced track. The goal is to move from assisted workflows to full task delegation by Q3 2025 — starting with low-risk, high-volume tasks.
